No Virtue Without Our Employees

Without our employees, there is no Virtue. Our employees are the essence in our company, and we therefore work hard to create an attractive workplace, because only through that can we truly differentiate ourselves from so many others.

Development and Knowledge Sharing

The work environment should be stimulating, so that both management and employees are challenged in an appropriate way. This means we discuss development and training plans with all employees, so their competencies benefit both the individual and Virtue. We grow by being challenged, and we believe apprentices do too – which is why apprentices are something we want in the future.

Work-Life Balance

This means we have a strong focus on both the mental and physical work environment. Our management leads with the mindset that there should be balance between work and personal life, while also allowing extensive freedom to plan one’s work life responsibly.

We Are Not All the Same

– and fortunately so. We have different skills, personalities and wishes for our working life. Our customers are also different, and we want to reflect that, so both our employees and our customers feel valued. Our partners are also different, but we firmly strive to collaborate through dialogue and mutual understanding of each other’s needs.
